【摘要】：目的觀察扶正斂汗液外敷對(duì)腫瘤放療期間自汗盜汗患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取放療期間出現(xiàn)自汗盜汗的患者69例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法,分為對(duì)照組34例和觀察組35例。對(duì)照組給予口服生脈膠囊,觀察組采用自制的扶正斂汗液外敷,治療2個(gè)療程后比較治療前后兩組生活質(zhì)量、身體功能狀態(tài)、自汗盜汗近期療效以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率,評(píng)估用藥安全性。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組患者總體生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分及KPS得分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組患者近期有效率分別為:觀察組91.43%,對(duì)照組85.29%,兩組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組在治療期間均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論扶正斂汗液敷臍對(duì)腫瘤患者放療期間出現(xiàn)的自汗盜汗療效確切,能有效提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,改善健康狀況,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of external application of Fuzheng collected sweat on quality of life of patients with spontaneous sweating and night sweating during radiotherapy. Methods 69 patients with spontaneous sweating and night sweating during radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (35 cases). The control group was given orally Shengmai capsule, and the observation group was treated with external application of self-made Fuzheng collected sweat liquid. After two courses of treatment, the quality of life, the state of body function, the short-term curative effect of self-sweating and night sweating and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. To evaluate the safety of drug use. Results after treatment, The overall quality of life score and KPS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P0.05); the short-term effective rates of the two groups were 91.43 and 85.29, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); there were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion it is effective to cure the spontaneous sweating and night sweating in tumor patients during radiotherapy. It can effectively improve the quality of life and improve the health status of the patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
