基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)智能健康管理系統(tǒng)在臨床護理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:一、研究目的和意義探討基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的智能健康管理系統(tǒng)在臨床護理中的應(yīng)用,通過研究了解物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在臨床護理應(yīng)用中凸顯出的先進性、科學(xué)性、實用性以及在應(yīng)用中產(chǎn)生的新問題。為進一步實現(xiàn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與護理信息管理系統(tǒng)的無縫對接和提高其在護理信息管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用中的深度與廣度提供了實踐與理論基礎(chǔ)。從護理實踐活動量化的方式、實時監(jiān)控、科學(xué)管理、智能決策的角度,為實現(xiàn)提高護理服務(wù)品質(zhì)、減少差錯、降低勞動強度、提高工作效率和臨床科研水平,保障高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)、科學(xué)、精準、規(guī)范的臨床護理工作提供新思路與新方法。二、材料與方法通過實驗室自身平行對照研究,評價物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)兩種不同的臨床測量方法,在T、P、R、SP02上是否具有一致性,同時研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在臨床護理應(yīng)用中的價值與優(yōu)勢,分析其在應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問題,從而進一步完善物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在護理領(lǐng)域的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)。采取便利取樣法與自愿的原則,篩選實習(xí)護生10名及心腦血管科住院病人30名。采用SPSS16.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析與處理,其中計量資料用均數(shù)±標準差表示,結(jié)果采用重復(fù)測量數(shù)據(jù)的方差分析、相關(guān)回歸、配對t檢驗、Bland-Altman等方法進行綜合分析,結(jié)合臨床實際,對兩種測量方法進行一致性評價,研究兩種不同的臨床測量方法是否可以完全替代,以及驗證新方法是否具有科學(xué)性、先進性與實用性,并提出新方法在應(yīng)用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題以及解決對策。三、主要研究結(jié)果兩種測量方法所獲得數(shù)據(jù)樣本,在R上不存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P=0.160.05),但T、 P、 SP02上均存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。通過相關(guān)回歸分析,計算出兩組T、P對照數(shù)據(jù),存在線性關(guān)系,具有一致性偏倚,并成立回歸方程,說明其緊密程度高,智能健康管理系統(tǒng)可以通過定標檢測后再行決定是否需要進行模型校對和調(diào)整,即可轉(zhuǎn)換一致。SP02通過Bland-Altman法,計算出兩組數(shù)據(jù)的差值95%以上位于96.7%~99.8%的界限內(nèi),結(jié)合臨床評價,得出結(jié)論:兩種不同測量方法完全可以替代。臨床實驗結(jié)果:智能健康管理系統(tǒng)從儀器佩戴到終端顯示數(shù)據(jù)僅需要4±1分鐘。并且接收器與網(wǎng)絡(luò)后臺是同步顯示實時數(shù)據(jù)。在護士工作站或者Internet相關(guān)路徑下通過授權(quán)的賬號密碼顯示出的整個動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)包括T、P、R、SP02等生理參數(shù),表現(xiàn)形式分為文本與圖形方式分別顯示在電子病歷和護理病歷中,并高度實現(xiàn)信息共享。四、主要結(jié)論研究數(shù)據(jù)表明:不同原理的兩種測量方式在臨床應(yīng)用上完全可以替代,且CIM比傳統(tǒng)(手工和半自動化)方式在測繪T、P、R上時間效率分別提高了76.20%和72.02%。智能健康管理系統(tǒng)在數(shù)據(jù)采集-分析-清洗-存儲-服務(wù)應(yīng)用上超越了傳統(tǒng)信息技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了智能自動化、標準化數(shù)據(jù)采集方式,保障了數(shù)據(jù)的真實性和“信息流”的實時性、滿足了資源共享和醫(yī)療區(qū)域互聯(lián)互通的需求。
[Abstract]:First, the purpose and significance of this study is to discuss the application of intelligent health management system based on Internet of things technology in clinical nursing, and to understand the advanced and scientific nature of Internet of things technology in clinical nursing application. Practicability and new problems in application. It provides a practical and theoretical basis for realizing seamless connection between Internet of things technology and nursing information management system and improving the depth and breadth of its application in nursing information management system. In order to improve nursing service quality, reduce errors, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency and clinical scientific research level, and ensure high efficiency and high quality, from the point of view of quantification of nursing practice, real-time monitoring, scientific management and intelligent decision making, this study aims at improving nursing service quality, reducing errors, improving work efficiency and improving clinical scientific research level. Scientific, accurate and standardized clinical nursing work provides new ideas and methods. Secondly, the materials and methods were evaluated by the laboratory's own parallel control study to evaluate the consistency of the two different clinical measurement methods of the Internet of things technology and the traditional technology. At the same time, the value and advantage of Internet of things technology in clinical nursing application were studied, and the problems in its application were analyzed, so as to further improve the planning and construction of Internet of things in the field of nursing. The convenient sampling method and voluntary principle were adopted to screen 10 nursing students and 30 inpatients in cardio-cerebrovascular department. The statistical analysis and processing were carried out by SPSS16.0 software, in which the measurement data were expressed as mean 鹵standard deviation. The results were analyzed comprehensively by means of ANOVA, correlation regression, paired t test and Bland-Altman, combined with clinical practice. To evaluate the consistency of the two measuring methods, to study whether the two different clinical methods can be completely replaced, and to verify whether the new method is scientific, advanced and practical. The problems in the application of the new method and the countermeasures are put forward. Third, the main results of the two methods of measurement data samples, there is no statistical difference in R (P0. 160. 05), but there is a statistical difference in T, P, SP02 (P0.05). Through the correlation regression analysis, the two groups of TMP control data were calculated, there was a linear relationship, there was a consistent bias, and the regression equation was established, which shows that the tightness of the two groups is high. The intelligent health management system can determine whether or not model proofreading and adjustment are needed after calibration and testing, and can convert consistent .SP02. Through Bland-Altman method, the difference between the two groups of data is calculated to be more than 95% within the 99.8% limit of 96.7% or 99.8%, and combined with clinical evaluation. It is concluded that two different measurement methods can be completely substituted. The intelligent health management system surpasses the traditional information technology in the application of data acquisition, analysis, cleaning, storage and service, realizes the intelligent automation, standardizes the data collection method, guarantees the authenticity of the data and the real-time of "information flow". It meets the need of resource sharing and medical regional interconnection.
