2013-2015年老年患者M(jìn)RSA菌株分布和耐藥性趨勢分析

【摘要】:目的了解醫(yī)院老年患者感染耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌的耐藥性及分布特點,評估醫(yī)院感染控制結(jié)果,為臨床合理用藥提供依據(jù)。方法收集2013年-2015年使用MicroScan-autoSCAN4半自動細(xì)菌鑒定儀鑒定出281株耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的藥敏結(jié)果和臨床資料,采用WHONET 5.6軟件對統(tǒng)計結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 MRSA菌株的檢出數(shù)依次下降,由2013年的104株降至2015年的79株;在所有的送檢標(biāo)本中,痰標(biāo)本金黃色葡萄球菌檢出比最高占44.83%;血液標(biāo)本中未發(fā)現(xiàn)MRSA菌株;藥敏結(jié)果分析發(fā)現(xiàn)MRSA對青霉素G、苯唑西林完全耐藥。結(jié)論老年患者M(jìn)RSA檢出率較高,集中管理危重患者,合理有效的使用抗菌藥物,及時調(diào)整用藥有利于控制MRSA的感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the drug resistance and distribution of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in elderly hospital patients and to evaluate the results of nosocomial infection control. Methods the drug sensitivity and clinical data of 281 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) were identified by MicroScan-autoSCAN4 semi-automatic bacterial identification instrument from 2013 to 2015. The statistical results were analyzed by WHONET 5.6 software. Results the number of MRSA strains decreased from 104 strains in 2013 to 79 strains in 2015, the highest detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus in sputum samples was 44.83%, no MRSA strain was found in blood samples. Drug sensitivity analysis showed that MRSA was completely resistant to penicillin G and oxacillin. Conclusion the detection rate of MRSA in elderly patients is high. Centralized management of critically ill patients, rational and effective use of antimicrobial agents and timely adjustment of drug use can help to control the infection of MRSA.
