【摘要】：目的了解妊娠期孕婦保健知識需求及心理健康狀況,為提供妊娠期保健知識宣傳及心理保健提供依據(jù)。方法選取婦產(chǎn)科門診行產(chǎn)前檢查的512例孕婦作為研究對象,自行設(shè)計妊娠期保健知識需求調(diào)查表,采用問卷調(diào)查法調(diào)查不同妊娠期孕婦保健知識需求情況;采用癥狀自評量表SCL-90測試孕產(chǎn)婦的心理狀態(tài),并與常模比較,并比較不同妊娠期孕婦心理狀態(tài)。結(jié)果妊娠期孕婦在強(qiáng)迫癥狀及偏執(zhí)方面與正常人無差異,軀體化、抑郁、焦慮、敵對、恐怖、人際關(guān)系、精神等方面評分均較正常人高,妊娠早期孕婦軀體化評分高于孕中期及孕晚期孕婦,妊娠早期孕婦心理健康水平低于孕中期及晚期孕婦;孕中期孕婦軀體化、抑郁、敵對、恐怖、人際關(guān)系評分均高于孕早期及孕晚期孕婦,心理健康水平偏低;孕中期及孕晚期孕婦抑郁評分較孕早期高。孕婦普遍期望得到妊娠期保健指導(dǎo),在不同階段有不同需求,孕早期孕婦關(guān)注孕期日常科學(xué)保健及胎教相關(guān)知識及妊娠期如何檢測胎兒,孕中期孕婦關(guān)心如何檢測胎兒,孕后期孕婦關(guān)注分娩方式、分娩前準(zhǔn)備事項,母乳喂養(yǎng)及產(chǎn)褥期保健。結(jié)論不同妊娠期孕婦存在不同的心理問題,不同妊娠期孕婦對保健知識有所側(cè)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the requirement of health care knowledge and mental health status of pregnant women, and to provide the basis for the promotion of health care knowledge and mental health care during pregnancy. Methods 512 pregnant women who underwent antenatal examination in outpatient department of obstetrics and gynaecology were selected as the research objects. The questionnaire was designed by ourselves to investigate the need for health care knowledge of pregnant women in different gestational periods. The mental state of pregnant and parturient was measured by symptom Checklist (SCL-90), and compared with the norm, and the psychological state of pregnant women with different gestation period was compared. Results there was no difference in obsessive-compulsive symptoms and paranoid ideation between pregnant women and normal subjects. The scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, interpersonal relationship and mental status were higher than those of normal women. The score of somatization in early pregnancy was higher than that in second and third trimester, the mental health level of pregnant women in early pregnancy was lower than that of pregnant women in second and third trimester of pregnancy, somatization, depression, hostility and phobia of pregnant women in second trimester of pregnancy. The scores of interpersonal relationship were higher than those of early and late pregnant women, the mental health level was lower, and the score of depression was higher in the second and third trimester than in the first trimester. Pregnant women are generally expected to receive health care guidance during pregnancy and have different needs at different stages. Early pregnant women pay attention to the daily scientific health care during pregnancy and related knowledge of fetal education and how to detect the fetus during pregnancy, and pregnant women in the second trimester care about how to detect the fetus. Late pregnant women pay attention to delivery mode, preparation before delivery, breast-feeding and puerperium health care. Conclusion different pregnant women have different psychological problems.
