【摘要】：目的通過開展巴林特小組活動實(shí)踐,探討巴林特小組活動在腫瘤�？谱o(hù)士職業(yè)壓力調(diào)適中的重要意義。方法將參加培訓(xùn)的腫瘤�？谱o(hù)士分組,按照巴林特小組的實(shí)施步驟進(jìn)行臨床案例匯報與分析,識別和糾正在臨床工作中給自己帶來的困擾或壓力。結(jié)果通過巴林特小組活動,使護(hù)理人員在處理護(hù)患關(guān)系中形成新視角和更具分析性的思考方式,從而能夠深刻地意識到自身對于患者的理解,提高換位思考的敏感性。改善了護(hù)士負(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn),緩解了職業(yè)壓力;同時在提升護(hù)患溝通能力,建立和諧護(hù)患關(guān)系上起到積極作用;在小組活動過程中提升了護(hù)士的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),從而為患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的專科護(hù)理服務(wù)。結(jié)論將巴林特小組實(shí)踐活動應(yīng)用于腫瘤專科護(hù)士培訓(xùn)中,有效降低了護(hù)士的職業(yè)壓力,是較好的腫瘤�？谱o(hù)士培訓(xùn)模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the significance of Balint group activities in occupational stress adjustment of cancer nurses through the practice of Balint group activities. Methods the trained oncology nurses were divided into groups, and the clinical cases were reported and analyzed according to the implementation steps of the Balint group to identify and correct the troubles or pressures brought about by the clinical work. Results through the Balint group activities, nurses could form a new perspective and a more analytical way of thinking in dealing with the relationship between nurses and patients, so that they could deeply realize their own understanding of patients and enhance the sensitivity of transposition thinking. Improve the negative emotional experience of nurses, relieve the occupational pressure; at the same time, improve the ability of nurse-patient communication, establish a harmonious nurse-patient relationship; improve the professional literacy of nurses in the process of group activities, In order to provide patients with quality specialist care services. Conclusion the application of Balint group practice to the training of oncology nurses can effectively reduce the occupational stress of nurses and is a better training model for cancer nurses.
