【摘要】：目的調(diào)查老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的健康教育需求現(xiàn)狀。方法采用方便抽樣的方法,對(duì)上海市閔行區(qū)江川、顓橋、馬橋社區(qū)的258例老年COPD患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 (1)疾病知識(shí):22.6%的老年COPD患者需要了解疾病預(yù)后及對(duì)健康的影響;(2)用藥知識(shí):59.6%的老年COPD患者需要了解更多關(guān)于自身用藥方面的知識(shí);(3)自我管理:40.8%的老年COPD患者需要了解何時(shí)需要到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療;(4)體育鍛煉:57%的老年COPD患者需要了解體育鍛煉方面的知識(shí);(5)飲食:56.6%的老年COPD患者需要了解如何安排自己的飲食;(6)戒煙:極少數(shù)老年COPD患者對(duì)戒煙的方法有需求;(7)不同性別、文化程度、婚姻狀況、居住方式、醫(yī)療費(fèi)用支付方式的老年COPD患者在健康教育需求方面有差異。結(jié)論老年COPD患者對(duì)健康教育的需求有差異,為未來開展老年COPD患者的健康教育,奠定了一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the demand for health education in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 258 elderly COPD patients in Jiangchuan, Zhuanqiao and Maqiao communities in Minhang District, Shanghai. Results (1) 22. 6% of the elderly patients with COPD need to understand the prognosis of the disease and its effect on health; (2) 59.6% of the elderly patients with COPD need to know more about their own medication knowledge; (3) 40.8% of the elderly patients with COPD have self-management. (4) physical exercise: 57% of elderly COPD patients need to know about physical exercise; (5) diet: 56.6% of elderly patients with COPD need to know how to arrange their diet; (6) quit smoking: very few. The number of elderly patients with COPD has a need for smoking cessation methods; (7) different gender, Elderly COPD patients with education, marital status, way of living, and payment of medical expenses have different health education needs. Conclusion the demand for health education in elderly patients with COPD is different, which provides a theoretical basis for the future development of health education for elderly patients with COPD.
