【摘要】：目的觀察創(chuàng)瘍貼治療壓瘡的臨床療效,并探討護理體會。方法將大連市第二人民醫(yī)院2015年1月-2016年2月收治的54例壓瘡患者隨機分為治療組(27例)與對照組(27例),其中對照組患者壓瘡創(chuàng)面采用傳統(tǒng)療法治療,治療組患者壓瘡創(chuàng)面采用創(chuàng)瘍貼治療,觀察兩組患者創(chuàng)面愈合時間及愈合效果,并探討護理體會。結(jié)果兩組患者I期創(chuàng)面平均愈合時間對比,P0.01,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;I、Ⅱ期混合創(chuàng)面和Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合創(chuàng)面平均愈合時間對比,P均0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療4周后,治療組患者的治愈率和總有效率分別為48.15%和96.30%,明顯高于對照組的22.22%和70.37%,兩組對比,P均0.01,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論創(chuàng)瘍貼對不同分期的壓瘡均有良好的療效,不僅能明顯縮短創(chuàng)面愈合時間,而且操作簡便,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Chuangyang paste on pressure sore and explore nursing experience. Methods from January 2015 to February 2016, 54 patients with pressure sore were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 27) and control group (n = 27).
