【摘要】：目的探討凝聚胺交叉配血不合患者輸血的安全管理和風險控制。方法 2015年10-11月通過建立健全完善輸血管理規(guī)章制度,加強醫(yī)務人員的專業(yè)和法律法規(guī)知識培訓,提高醫(yī)務人員臨床輸血知識水平和法律意識,使其充分認識輸血風險。輸用凝聚胺法交叉配血不相容血液前必須得到患方同意,簽署各項知情同意書后方可實施輸血治療,輸血時緩慢滴注,嚴密觀察,一旦出現(xiàn)輸血不良反應,立即停止輸注并積極處理搶救。實行輸血病歷標準化書寫管理,使輸血醫(yī)療文書能夠全面真實地反映輸血全過程。結(jié)果 5例患者經(jīng)原發(fā)疾病治療和輸血、對癥治療后病情好轉(zhuǎn),自覺癥狀減輕,無暈厥、心絞痛、胸悶癥狀,貧血改善,血紅蛋白上升,最低者62 g/L,最高者102 g/L,未發(fā)生嚴重的輸血不良反應和醫(yī)療糾紛。結(jié)論凝聚胺交叉配血不合患者輸血相較于普通輸血風險更高,只有做好系統(tǒng)性的安全管理和風險控制,才能提高輸血療效,減少輸血風險,確�；颊吆歪t(yī)務人員的安全,避免醫(yī)療糾紛發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the safety management and risk control of blood transfusion in patients with polyamines cross matching blood discompatibility. Methods through establishing and perfecting the regulations and regulations of blood transfusion management in 10-11 months of 2015, strengthening the professional and legal knowledge training of medical personnel, improving the knowledge level of clinical transfusion and legal consciousness of medical staff, so that they can fully understand the risk of blood transfusion. It is necessary to get the consent of the patient before the transfusion of blood incompatible blood by the method of polyamines. Results the whole process of blood transfusion was fully and truly reflected. Results 5 patients were treated with primary disease and blood transfusion. After symptomatic treatment, the condition was improved, symptoms were relieved, no syncope, angina, chest distress, anemia improved, hemoglobin rose, the lowest was 62 g/L, the highest was 102 g/L, and there was no serious adverse reaction and medical dispute. Conclusion coagulation The risk of blood transfusion is higher than that of ordinary blood transfusion. Only the systematic safety management and risk control can improve the effect of blood transfusion, reduce the risk of blood transfusion, ensure the safety of the patients and medical staff, and avoid the medical disputes.
