【摘要】：目的:通過隨機對照試驗,比較合并冠心病的維持血液透析患者應(yīng)用復(fù)方丹參滴丸或阿司匹林的臨床獲益與安全性。方法:納入本單位合格受試者,隨機入組復(fù)方丹參滴丸組或阿司匹林組,記錄治療前后人口學(xué)特征、透析相關(guān)參數(shù)、實驗室檢查指標(biāo),以及1年期間發(fā)生的死亡、心血管事件、住院事件、出血事件,比較兩組之間上述指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果:研究共篩查了213例維持性血液透析患者,按照納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),53例合格受試者隨機入組復(fù)方丹參滴丸組(27例)和阿司匹林組(26例)。兩組患者在基線資料方面未見統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。觀察期間,阿司匹林組有1名患者中途退出。兩組患者終點事件的風(fēng)險、出血事件發(fā)生風(fēng)險比較無顯著性差異。兩組患者的住院事件發(fā)生頻率無顯著性差異。結(jié)論:對于合并冠心病的維持血液透析患者,可選擇復(fù)方丹參滴丸或阿司匹林作為二級預(yù)防用藥,二者對臨床結(jié)局的影響作用相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical benefits and safety of compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pills or aspirin in maintenance hemodialysis patients with coronary heart disease by randomized controlled trial. Methods: the demographics, dialysation-related parameters, laboratory parameters, death and cardiovascular events occurred during one year were recorded in the eligible subjects of our unit and randomly in the compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill group or aspirin group. Hospitalization events and bleeding events were compared between the two groups. Results: a total of 213 maintenance hemodialysis patients were screened. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 53 eligible subjects were randomly enrolled into the compound Danshen dripping pill group (27 cases) and aspirin group (26 cases). There was no statistical difference in baseline data between the two groups. During the observation period, one patient in the aspirin group quit midway. There was no significant difference in the risk of endpoint events and bleeding events between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the frequency of hospitalization events between the two groups. Conclusion: compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pills or aspirin can be used as secondary preventive drugs for maintenance hemodialysis patients with coronary heart disease.
