【摘要】：正1技術(shù)要點(diǎn)糖尿病足是糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變、下肢血管病變和感染共同作用的結(jié)果,是糖尿病嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥之一。負(fù)壓封閉引流技術(shù)(VSD)是一種處理各種復(fù)雜創(chuàng)面和用于深部引流的全新方法,能增加創(chuàng)面局部血流量、促進(jìn)成纖維細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)、降低細(xì)菌數(shù)量。應(yīng)用VSD可有效改善局部血供,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面肉芽組織生長(zhǎng),明顯縮短患者住院時(shí)間,減輕患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。2培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容2.1 VSD的組成1一次性VSD負(fù)壓引流敷料,
[Abstract]:The main point of this technique is that diabetic foot is the result of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, lower extremity vascular lesion and infection, which is one of the serious complications of diabetes mellitus. Negative pressure blocking drainage (VSD) is a new method for treating complicated wounds and deep drainage, which can increase the local blood flow of wound, promote the growth of fibroblasts and reduce the number of bacteria. The application of VSD can effectively improve the local blood supply, promote the growth of granulation tissue, shorten the hospitalization time of the patients, and lighten the economic burden of the patients. 2. 2.
