【摘要】：為了解腫瘤科和老年科醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)尊嚴(yán)死的認(rèn)知程度和態(tài)度以及相關(guān)影響因素,應(yīng)用自制問(wèn)卷,采用整群抽樣對(duì)成都市15家醫(yī)院腫瘤科及老年科醫(yī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行自填式問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示:多數(shù)醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)尊嚴(yán)死不夠了解,甚至存在誤解,這影響了醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)尊嚴(yán)死的態(tài)度。了解尊嚴(yán)死的醫(yī)務(wù)人員多對(duì)尊嚴(yán)死持支持態(tài)度。要推動(dòng)尊嚴(yán)死在中國(guó)的實(shí)施,必須完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī),同時(shí)加強(qiáng)死亡教育和對(duì)尊嚴(yán)死相關(guān)知識(shí)的宣傳教育,重視患者的知情權(quán)和自主權(quán)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the cognition and attitude of medical staff in oncology department and geriatrics on dignity death and related factors, a self-filling questionnaire survey was conducted among oncology department and geriatric medical staff in 15 hospitals in Chengdu by using self-made questionnaire. The results show that most medical staff do not understand and even misunderstand the death of dignity, which affects the attitude of medical personnel towards dignity death. Medical personnel who understand the death of dignity are more supportive of the death of dignity. In order to promote the implementation of Dignity death in China, it is necessary to perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen death education and propaganda and education on the knowledge of Dignity death, and attach importance to patients' right to know and autonomy.
