【摘要】：目的分析并研究舒適護理在子宮肌瘤手術患者臨床護理路徑中的應用效果。方法抽取122例子宮肌瘤患者作為本研究研究對象,并對所有患者進行分組對照研究,發(fā)分為觀察組和對照組,各61例。對照組患者配合常規(guī)護理臨床路徑,觀察組患者配合舒適護理。對兩組患者的護理質量進行觀察,并作比較。結果觀察組患者的護理有效率為95.08%,對照組患者的護理有效率為70.49%,觀察組患者與對照組患者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察并比較兩組患者的不良反應發(fā)生率和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,觀察組低于對照組,但觀察組患者的護理滿意度高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論臨床上對于子宮肌瘤手術患者在臨床護理路徑的基礎上配合實施舒適護理,可以有效的提升患者的護理質量和護理有效率,促進患者的預后,提升患者的護理滿意度,具有臨床推廣使用的價值和意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the effect of comfortable nursing in clinical nursing pathway of patients with hysteromyoma. Methods 122 patients with uterine leiomyoma were selected and divided into two groups: observation group (n = 61) and control group (n = 61). The patients in the control group combined with routine nursing and the patients in the observation group were accompanied with comfortable nursing. The nursing quality of two groups of patients was observed and compared. Results the effective rate of nursing was 95.08 in the observation group and 70.49 in the control group. The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05). Observe and compare the incidence of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups, the observation group is lower than the control group, but the nursing satisfaction of the observation group is higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for the patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery, comfort nursing should be carried out on the basis of clinical nursing path, which can effectively improve the nursing quality and nursing efficiency, promote the prognosis of the patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients. It has the value and significance of clinical popularization.
