【摘要】：對(duì)護(hù)理實(shí)踐中證據(jù)應(yīng)用的歷史、背景、促進(jìn)措施、研究設(shè)計(jì)和效果評(píng)價(jià)、模式、國內(nèi)案例、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及哲學(xué)思考進(jìn)行綜述。認(rèn)為循證護(hù)理實(shí)踐在橫向擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的同時(shí),更需要從已有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)上升和反思,從哲學(xué)層面深入探索符合我國護(hù)理情景的證據(jù)應(yīng)用概念框架,以促進(jìn)我國循證護(hù)理實(shí)踐向縱深發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The history, background, promotion measures, research design and effect evaluation, models, domestic cases, challenges and philosophical thinking of evidence application in nursing practice were summarized. It is believed that while expanding the application field of evidence-based nursing practice horizontally, it is necessary to increase and reflect on the existing empirical evidence, and to explore the conceptual framework of evidence application in accordance with the nursing situation in China from the philosophical level. In order to promote the practice of evidence-based nursing to the depth of development.
