【摘要】：目的:探討綜合護理干預(yù)對糖尿病足潰瘍愈合及創(chuàng)面修復(fù)因子的調(diào)控作用。方法:40例糖尿病足潰瘍患者隨機分為對照組和護理干預(yù)組,各20例,對照組采用內(nèi)科常規(guī)護理,干預(yù)組采用濕潤燒傷膏外敷換藥和綜合強化護理,比較兩組患者在潰瘍愈合速度、時間、換藥次數(shù)、時間及療效方面的差異,并檢測各時間段肉芽組織中創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)因子的表達(dá)量。結(jié)果:干預(yù)組在換藥次數(shù)、時間,創(chuàng)面愈合時間上均明顯少于對照組(P0.05);干預(yù)4周后,干預(yù)組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照(P=0.00);干預(yù)組在第14、21、28天的b FGF、EGF、VEGF、PDGF、AEGs表達(dá)量與對照組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :綜合護理干預(yù)能有效提高糖尿病足潰瘍治療的療效,并能促進創(chuàng)面愈合修復(fù)因子b FGF、EGF、VEGF、PDGF的表達(dá),抑制負(fù)性因子AEGs的生成。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic foot ulcer healing and wound healing factors. Methods 40 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 20) and nursing intervention group (n = 20). The healing speed, time, times, time and curative effect of ulcer healing were compared between the two groups, and the expression of wound repair factor in granulation tissue was detected. Results: the times, times and healing time of wound healing in the intervention group were significantly less than those in the control group (P0.05), the curative effect in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group after 4 weeks of intervention (P < 0.05), the expression of bFGFEGFVEGFU PDGFGF-AEGs in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 28th day after intervention (P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot ulcer, promote the expression of bFGF- EGFV EGFU PDGF, and inhibit the production of negative factor AEGs.
