【摘要】：目的:探討舒適護(hù)理對(duì)前列良性腺增生(BPH)患者經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)(TURP)術(shù)后膀胱痙攣及護(hù)理質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選擇符合上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者200例,采用簡單隨機(jī)化分組法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各100例,兩組患者均給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組實(shí)施舒適護(hù)理,比較術(shù)后膀胱痙攣發(fā)生情況、住院期間舒適度及護(hù)理質(zhì)量。結(jié)果:觀察組患者術(shù)后膀胱痙攣發(fā)生率16.00%,對(duì)照組患者術(shù)后膀胱痙攣發(fā)生率39.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=13.266,P0.001)。觀察組患者簡化舒適狀況量表(中文版)各維度評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者護(hù)理質(zhì)量各維度評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:舒適護(hù)理能有效預(yù)防BPH患者TURP術(shù)后膀胱痙攣的發(fā)生,提高患者住院期間舒適度,改善護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of comfort care on bladder spasm and quality of nursing after transurethral prostatic hyperplasia (TURP) for patients with prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 200 patients were selected in accordance with the above criteria and were divided into 100 cases in the observation group and the control group by simple randomization group method. The two groups were given routine nursing, and the observation group was implemented. Comfortable nursing, comparison of postoperative bladder spasm, comfort and quality of care during hospitalization. Results: the incidence of bladder spasm in the observation group was 16%, and the incidence of bladder spasm in the control group was 39%, the difference was statistically significant (~2=13.266, P0.001). The scores were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The scores of the nursing quality of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: comfortable nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of bladder spasm in BPH patients after TURP, improve the comfort degree and improve the quality of nursing during the patients' residence.
