【摘要】：目的 :構(gòu)建并運(yùn)行"STAR"醫(yī)院獲得性壓瘡預(yù)防管理體系,評(píng)價(jià)其實(shí)施效果。方法 :成立醫(yī)院獲得性壓瘡預(yù)防管理體系建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,通過文獻(xiàn)回顧與專家咨詢確立"STAR"醫(yī)院獲得性壓瘡預(yù)防管理體系的架構(gòu)與構(gòu)成要素并實(shí)施,比較體系運(yùn)行前后壓瘡預(yù)防管理過程指標(biāo)與結(jié)果指標(biāo)的變化趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果 :管理體系運(yùn)行后壓瘡危險(xiǎn)患者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估符合率、壓瘡預(yù)防支撐面正確使用率、臥床患者體位擺放合格率,以及住院患者Ⅱ期及以上醫(yī)院獲得性壓瘡發(fā)生率、Ⅱ期及以上非預(yù)期壓瘡發(fā)生率均有明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :"STAR"醫(yī)院獲得性壓瘡預(yù)防管理體系的構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行對(duì)提升臨床壓瘡管理質(zhì)量、控制醫(yī)院獲得性壓瘡發(fā)生率具有效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct and run the "star" hospital acquired pressure ulcer prevention and management system and evaluate its effect. Methods: a leading group of hospital acquired pressure sore prevention and management system was set up, and the structure and elements of star hospital acquired pressure sore prevention management system were established and implemented through literature review and expert consultation. To compare the change trend of pressure sore prevention and management process index and result index before and after the operation of the system. Results: the coincidence rate of risk assessment, the correct utilization rate of prophylaxis support surface, the qualified rate of postural placement of patients in bed rest, and the rate of hospital acquired pressure sores in patients with stage II or above after the operation of management system were analyzed.
