【摘要】：目的調(diào)查分析家屬在自體母乳庫運行的非醫(yī)院環(huán)節(jié)中的依從性。方法于2014年9月采用問卷調(diào)查了解住院新生兒家屬轉(zhuǎn)送母乳進行喂養(yǎng)的意愿、對母乳喂養(yǎng)支持系統(tǒng)效果評價,并對轉(zhuǎn)送過程中非醫(yī)院環(huán)節(jié)的依從性進行監(jiān)管,改進宣教后于2015年9月再次發(fā)放問卷進行上述問題的調(diào)查。結(jié)果共發(fā)放問卷340份,回收有效問卷338份,按照問卷發(fā)放年限分為2014年組(n=229)及2015年組(n=109)。2014年組產(chǎn)婦年齡以20~30歲為主,2015年組以30~40歲為主。2015年組產(chǎn)婦分娩于四川大學(xué)華西第二醫(yī)院的比例高于2014年組(61.6%vs 74.3%,P0.05)。2015年組母乳不足時家屬得到指導(dǎo)的比例高于2014年組(91.7%vs79.9%,P0.05)。兩組家屬在母乳采集、貯存及轉(zhuǎn)送過程中均有較好的依從性,在執(zhí)行手衛(wèi)生、嚴格進行器具消毒、使用專門清潔的冰箱等方面的依從性差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。2015年組嚴格按照流程轉(zhuǎn)送的比例高于2014年組(100%vs 87.1%,P0.05)。結(jié)論宣教手段改良前后的大多數(shù)家屬均能較好遵從健康宣教內(nèi)容,嚴格執(zhí)行母乳采集、貯存及轉(zhuǎn)送過程中的要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the compliance of family members in non-hospital part of autologous breast milk bank. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in September 2014 to find out the willingness of family members of hospitalized newborns to transfer to breast milk for feeding, to evaluate the effectiveness of breastfeeding support system, and to supervise the compliance of non-hospital links during the transfer. Improve the mission and re-issue the questionnaire in September 2015 to investigate the above questions. Results A total of 340 questionnaires were distributed and 338 valid questionnaires were collected. According to the length of the questionnaire, the pregnant women were divided into 2014 group (n / 29) and 2015 group (n / 109). The age of puerpera in 2014 group was mainly 20 ~ 30 years old, and that in 2015 group was 30 ~ 40 years old. The rate of delivery in 2015 group was higher than that in 2014 group (61.6%vs 74.33). The breast milk of 2015 group was higher than that of 2014 group (P 0.05). The proportion of family members receiving guidance was higher than that of 2014 group (91.7 vs 79.9%, P0.05). The families of the two groups had good compliance in the process of collecting, storing and transferring breast milk, performing hand hygiene and sterilizing the utensils strictly. There was no significant difference in compliance with the use of specially cleaned refrigerators. The proportion of transfer in 2015 was higher than that in 2014 (100%vs 87.1). Conclusion most of the families before and after the improvement of the means of education can comply with the contents of health education and strictly carry out the requirements of the collection, storage and transfer of breast milk.
