1例十二指腸瘺患者早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)耐受性的評估及管理

【摘要】:總結(jié)了1例十二指腸瘺患者腹腔開放行負(fù)壓輔助臨時關(guān)腹及早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)治療耐受性的護理經(jīng)驗;颊哂捎诟呶皇改c瘺造成腹腔感染,及時進行了腹腔開放、負(fù)壓輔助臨時關(guān)腹治療。通過早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)耐受性評估管理方案的制訂、實施和管理,患者營養(yǎng)狀況得到明顯改善。
[Abstract]:The nursing experience of a patient with duodenal fistula treated with negative pressure temporary closure and early enteral nutrition was summarized. Because of abdominal infection caused by high duodenal fistula, patients were treated with open abdominal cavity and temporary abdominal closure under negative pressure. The nutritional status of patients was significantly improved through the formulation, implementation and management of early enteral nutrition tolerance assessment management program.
