【摘要】：臨床上由于護(hù)士護(hù)理倫理的缺失常導(dǎo)致護(hù)患沖突,主要表現(xiàn)在護(hù)士對(duì)患者缺乏愛心、缺乏尊重、不以患者利益為重、護(hù)理計(jì)劃的制定不當(dāng)和對(duì)待患者不公平公正五個(gè)方面。通過(guò)列舉臨床案例來(lái)分析這些護(hù)理倫理的缺失,揭示護(hù)士豐富護(hù)理倫理知識(shí)對(duì)建立良好護(hù)患關(guān)系的重要性,從加強(qiáng)護(hù)理人員倫理素養(yǎng)養(yǎng)成、強(qiáng)調(diào)嚴(yán)格遵守護(hù)理倫理準(zhǔn)則、加強(qiáng)護(hù)理倫理查房和把倫理道德納入護(hù)理考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)這四個(gè)方面措施來(lái)改善護(hù)理倫理缺失,減少護(hù)患沖突。
[Abstract]:The lack of nursing ethics often leads to nurse-patient conflict in clinical practice, which is mainly manifested in five aspects: lack of care for patients, lack of respect, lack of regard for the interests of patients, improper formulation of nursing plans and unfair treatment of patients. By enumerating clinical cases to analyze the lack of nursing ethics and revealing the importance of nurses' enriching nursing ethics knowledge to establish good nurse-patient relationship, we should strengthen nursing staff's ethical literacy and stress the strict observance of nursing ethics standards. To improve nursing ethics deficiency and reduce nurse-patient conflict, we should strengthen nursing ethics rounds and bring ethics into nursing assessment standard.
