【摘要】：目的探討在維持性血液透析(MHD)患者中開(kāi)展全程無(wú)縫隙護(hù)理模式對(duì)其情緒障礙及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取2015年3月~2016年3月我院接受MHD治療患者84例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,42例每組。對(duì)照組施行常規(guī)護(hù)理模式,觀察組從醫(yī)院至家庭施行全程無(wú)縫隙護(hù)理模式。分別于護(hù)理前及護(hù)理3個(gè)月后,采用焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)評(píng)價(jià)兩組的情緒狀況,采用簡(jiǎn)明健康量表(SF-36)評(píng)價(jià)生活質(zhì)量,統(tǒng)計(jì)并比較兩組的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果護(hù)理后3個(gè)月,觀察組的SAS、SDS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);護(hù)理后3個(gè)月觀察組的SF-36量表各維度評(píng)分均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為4.76%,顯著低于對(duì)照組的30.95%(P0.05)。結(jié)論在MHD患者中應(yīng)用全程無(wú)縫隙護(hù)理模式能夠改善患者的情緒障礙并提高其生活質(zhì)量,降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of the whole process seamless nursing mode on emotional disorders and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods Eighty-four patients with MHD from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The routine nursing model was applied in the control group, and the seamless nursing mode was applied in the observation group from hospital to family. Before and after 3 months of nursing care, self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating Depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the emotional status of the two groups, and the quality of life (QOL) was evaluated by the concise health scale (SF-36), and the incidence of complications in the two groups was counted and compared. Results three months after nursing, the SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), the score of each dimension of the SF-36 scale in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of seamless nursing mode in MHD patients can improve the emotional disorders, improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
