【摘要】：目的探討在維持性血液透析(MHD)患者中開展全程無縫隙護理模式對其情緒障礙及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取2015年3月~2016年3月我院接受MHD治療患者84例,隨機分為觀察組與對照組,42例每組。對照組施行常規(guī)護理模式,觀察組從醫(yī)院至家庭施行全程無縫隙護理模式。分別于護理前及護理3個月后,采用焦慮自評量表(SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)評價兩組的情緒狀況,采用簡明健康量表(SF-36)評價生活質(zhì)量,統(tǒng)計并比較兩組的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果護理后3個月,觀察組的SAS、SDS評分顯著低于對照組(P0.05);護理后3個月觀察組的SF-36量表各維度評分均顯著高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為4.76%,顯著低于對照組的30.95%(P0.05)。結(jié)論在MHD患者中應用全程無縫隙護理模式能夠改善患者的情緒障礙并提高其生活質(zhì)量,降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of the whole process seamless nursing mode on emotional disorders and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods Eighty-four patients with MHD from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The routine nursing model was applied in the control group, and the seamless nursing mode was applied in the observation group from hospital to family. Before and after 3 months of nursing care, self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating Depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the emotional status of the two groups, and the quality of life (QOL) was evaluated by the concise health scale (SF-36), and the incidence of complications in the two groups was counted and compared. Results three months after nursing, the SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), the score of each dimension of the SF-36 scale in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of seamless nursing mode in MHD patients can improve the emotional disorders, improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
