【摘要】：目的探討心理健康教育干預(yù)對孕期焦慮抑郁及產(chǎn)后抑郁的作用。方法選取我院516名孕產(chǎn)婦為研究對象,按入院時間順序分為對照組252名和實驗組264名,對照組接受常規(guī)綜合護理,實驗組在此基礎(chǔ)上接受心理健康教育干預(yù),比較分析兩組孕產(chǎn)婦妊娠期間焦慮抑郁情況及產(chǎn)后抑郁情況。結(jié)果兩組孕產(chǎn)婦妊娠24~26、30~32、38~40周SAS、SDS評分均顯著低于同組干預(yù)前(P0.05);實驗組孕產(chǎn)婦妊娠24~26、30~32、38~40周SAS、SDS評分均顯著低于對照組(P0.05);實驗組孕產(chǎn)婦妊娠24~40周焦慮、抑郁發(fā)生率均顯著低于對照組(P0.05),妊娠期焦慮抑郁主要發(fā)生在妊娠38~40周;實驗組孕產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后1周、1個月及3個月EPDS評分均顯著低于對照組(P0.05);實驗組孕產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后抑郁發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組(P0.05),產(chǎn)后抑郁主要發(fā)生在產(chǎn)后1周。結(jié)論對孕產(chǎn)婦實施心理健康教育干預(yù)能夠有效減少孕期焦慮抑郁及產(chǎn)后抑郁的發(fā)生,促進圍產(chǎn)期身心健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of mental health education intervention on anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum depression. Methods 516 pregnant and parturient women in our hospital were divided into control group (252 cases) and experimental group (264 cases) according to the time of admission. The control group received routine comprehensive nursing and the experimental group received mental health education intervention. The anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum depression were compared between the two groups. Results the SDS scores of the pregnant women in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before intervention (P 0.05), the SDS scores of the pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the scores of SAS SDS in the pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the anxiety in the pregnant women at the week 2440 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of depression was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of anxiety and depression in pregnancy occurred mainly at 38 to 40 weeks of gestation. The EPDS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months, and the incidence of postpartum depression in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Mental health education intervention in pregnant women can effectively reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum depression and promote perinatal physical and mental health.
