【摘要】：正護士長作為護理管理的主體,其勝任能力對醫(yī)院發(fā)展至關重要~([1])。2012年原衛(wèi)生部下發(fā)的《關于實施醫(yī)院護士崗位管理的指導意見》~([2])中指出,要提高護理管理者的業(yè)務能力、理論水平和管理素質(zhì)。但目前大部分醫(yī)院在選拔、培養(yǎng)、考核護士長時缺乏清晰指標和理論依據(jù),導致部分護士長難以勝任護理管理工作,如何選拔、培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的護士長團隊成為各
[Abstract]:As the main body of nursing management, the competence of the head nurse is very important to the development of the hospital. In 2012, the former Ministry of Health issued the "guidance on the implementation of Hospital Nurses Post Management" ([2]), which pointed out that the professional ability of nursing managers should be improved.
