【摘要】：血小板在止凝血、炎癥發(fā)生、傷口愈合及腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移等過程中起了重要作用,血小板蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究是了解這些病理、生理過程的重要手段。目前已鑒定出4 000余種血小板蛋白質(zhì),它們屬于各種亞蛋白組,如血小板膜及骨架蛋白組、血小板源性微粒,或來自靜息血小板、活化血小板或病理條件下蛋白組學(xué)的變化。明確血小板活動過程中蛋白組學(xué)的變化對血小板體外生成、血小板貯存損傷、相關(guān)疾病早期診斷和篩選藥物的治療靶點等研究具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Platelet plays an important role in the process of anticoagulant inflammation wound healing and tumor metastasis. The study of platelet proteomics is an important means to understand these pathological and physiological processes. At present, more than 4,000 kinds of platelet proteins have been identified. They belong to various subprotein groups, such as platelet membrane and skeleton protein group, platelet-derived particles, or proteomics changes from resting platelets, activated platelets or pathological conditions. It is of great significance to clarify the changes of proteomics during platelet activity in vitro platelet formation, platelet storage injury, early diagnosis of related diseases and screening of therapeutic targets.
