【摘要】：目的:了解天津市居民服藥依從性狀況,分析影響居民服藥依從性的因素。方法:隨機(jī)調(diào)查前往天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院和�？滇t(yī)院的就診患者1724人,采用非條件二分類logistic回歸方法探究服藥依從性的影響因素。結(jié)果:服藥依從性的最高分100分,最低分16.68分,平均分為68.24±13.12分。服藥依從性好和差兩組人數(shù)為361人(20.9%)和1363人(79.1%)�？ǚ綑z驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):不同性別、年齡、民族、婚姻狀況、受教育程度、家庭月收入、藥物知識(shí)、是否享有門特政策和醫(yī)保了解程度的居民服藥依從性存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;非條件二分類logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn):性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、受教育程度、藥物知識(shí)、是否享有門特和醫(yī)保了解程度對(duì)服藥依從性具有影響。結(jié)論:調(diào)查對(duì)象服藥依從性較差,應(yīng)采取加強(qiáng)藥物知識(shí)健康教育,促進(jìn)家庭和社會(huì)支持,對(duì)老年人采取針對(duì)性措施,提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員,特別是藥師和藥店銷售人員素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)社區(qū)藥學(xué)指導(dǎo)等措施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the compliance of the residents in Tianjin, and to analyze the factors affecting the compliance of the residents. Methods: 1724 patients who went to First Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University and Baokang hospital were investigated randomly. The factors affecting the compliance of the medication were investigated by the non conditional two classification logistic regression. The highest score was 100, the lowest score was 16.68, the average was 68.24 + 13.12. The compliance of the medicine and the two groups were 361 (20.9%) and 1363 (79.1%). The chi square test found that the people of different sex, age, nationality, marital status, education, family monthly income, medicine and material knowledge, and whether they enjoyed the level of policy and health care. The non conditional two classification logistic regression analysis showed that sex, age, marital status, educational level, drug knowledge, and the degree of understanding of medical insurance had an impact on the compliance of medication. Conclusion: the compliance of the subjects was poor, and the health education of drug knowledge should be strengthened to promote the family and the family. Social support, targeted measures for the elderly, improve the quality of medical staff, especially the quality of sales staff of pharmacists and pharmacies, and strengthen community pharmacy guidance.
