【摘要】：目的探討運動平板試驗(TET)聯(lián)合動態(tài)心電圖(DCG)對老年女性冠心病的臨床診斷價值。方法將擬診為冠心病的老年女性患者99例分為3組:A組應用TET診斷法,B組應用DCG診斷法,C組應用TET聯(lián)合DCG診斷法。各組以冠狀動脈造影(CAG)結果為對照指標,分析TET、DCG及二者聯(lián)合對老年女性冠心病的診斷價值。結果患者的敏感度、特異性、陰性預測值、陽性預測值A組分別為77.3%、76.8%、55.3%、89.6%;B組分別為70.1%、50.2%、51.4%、85.9%;C組分別為86.6%、83.9%、72.6%、93.5%。C組患者的敏感度、特異性、陰性預測值、陽性預測值均優(yōu)于A組和B組(P0.05)。結論 TET聯(lián)合DCG對老年女性冠心病的診斷價值較高,顯著降低了疾病診斷的假陽性率和假陰性率。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of treadmill exercise test (TET) combined with dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in elderly women. Methods 99 elderly female patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease were divided into 3 groups: group A was diagnosed by TET and group B by DCG and group C by TET combined with DCG. The diagnostic value of TETD-DCG and its combination in elderly women with coronary artery disease (CHD) was analyzed. Results the sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of group A were 77.3 and 76.8kum, respectively. The positive predictive values in group B were 70.1, 50.2and 50.22, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of group C were higher than those of group A and group B, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of group A and B were superior to those of group A and group B, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of group A were better than those of group A and group B, respectively. Conclusion the diagnostic value of TET combined with DCG in elderly women with coronary heart disease is higher, and the false positive rate and false negative rate of disease diagnosis are significantly decreased.
