【摘要】：目的探討血液病患者產(chǎn)生血小板抗體的影響因素及血小板抗體陽性患者經(jīng)血小板交叉配型后的輸注效果。方法用全自動血型儀,采用固相抗體檢測法進(jìn)行血小板抗體篩選及交叉配型,對血小板輸注有效率進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果血小板相關(guān)抗體的產(chǎn)生與妊娠史、輸血史相關(guān),對產(chǎn)生抗體的患者進(jìn)行血小板交叉配型后,24h CCI4.5者為86.7%。結(jié)論對于血小板抗體陽性的患者,在保證同型輸注的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行血小板交叉配型可以極大的提高血小板輸注效率,減少血小板輸注無效癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of platelet antibody production in patients with hematologic diseases and the effect of transfusion after platelet cross matching in patients with positive platelet antibodies. Methods Platelet antibody screening and cross matching were carried out by using automatic blood type analyzer and solid phase antibody detection method, and the effective rate of platelet transfusion was analyzed statistically. Results the production of platelet-associated antibodies was related to pregnancy history and blood transfusion history. The number of patients with CCI4.5 after 24 hours of platelet cross-matching was 86.7%. Conclusion for patients with positive platelet antibody, platelet cross-matching on the basis of the same transfusion can greatly improve the efficiency of platelet transfusion and reduce the incidence of invalid platelet transfusion.
