【摘要】：目的評價(jià)社區(qū)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)骨質(zhì)疏松(OP)性骨折老年人在實(shí)施健康干預(yù)后疼痛和跌倒的效果。方法采用便利抽樣法選取60歲以上社區(qū)老年人156例,隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對照組各78例。干預(yù)組給予群體性健康教育、發(fā)放健康教育手冊、家庭訪視和電話督導(dǎo)綜合干預(yù)。對照組僅發(fā)放健康教育手冊,分別在健康教育后的第1、6、8個(gè)月時(shí)比較兩組OP性疼痛得分和跌倒人數(shù)。結(jié)果干預(yù)后的第1、6、8個(gè)月,兩組不同年齡階段老年人的OP性疼痛得分均低于干預(yù)前,且干預(yù)后第8個(gè)月,兩組60~69歲年齡階段老年人的OP性疼痛得分差異顯著(P0.05);干預(yù)后的第1、6、8個(gè)月,干預(yù)組不同年齡階段老年人的跌倒人數(shù)均少于對照組,且干預(yù)后第8個(gè)月,兩組70~79歲、80歲以上年齡階段老年人的跌倒人數(shù)差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論與單純發(fā)放宣傳資料相比,綜合干預(yù)可以減輕由OP導(dǎo)致的老年人腰背部疼痛癥狀和預(yù)防老年人跌到。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of pain and fall after health intervention in elderly patients with high risk osteoporosis and OPP-induced fractures in community. Methods 156 elderly people over 60 years old in community were randomly divided into intervention group and control group by convenience sampling method. The intervention group was given group health education, health education manual, family visit and telephone supervision comprehensive intervention. The control group only distributed health education manual. The scores of op pain and the number of falls were compared between the two groups at the 1st day and the 8th month after health education. Results the scores of op pain were significantly lower in the first six and eight months after intervention than before intervention, and in the 8th month after intervention, there were significant differences in op pain scores between the two groups at 60 to 69 years of age (P 0.05), and at the 1st month, 8 months after intervention, the scores of op pain in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The number of falls in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group at different ages, and at the 8th month after intervention, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the number of falls in the elderly aged from 70 to 79 years old or over 80 years old (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with the simple dissemination of propaganda materials, comprehensive intervention can alleviate the symptoms of lumbar and back pain caused by op and prevent the elderly from falling down.
