【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高,居民的平均壽命逐漸延長,我國人口老齡化日益嚴重,居民疾病譜也發(fā)生了明顯變化。如何提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量,如何使老年人正確看待死亡,如何讓老年人有尊嚴、無遺憾地度過余生,也成為了社會廣泛關(guān)注的焦點。臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)通過減輕臨終者的痛苦,為沒有治愈希望的患者提供心理慰藉和精神支持;同時使家屬盡快擺脫逝去親人的悲傷,回歸正常生活,從而確保臨終者及家屬的生活品質(zhì)達到最佳。與西方國家相比,我國臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)還處于起步階段,仍存在相當(dāng)多的問題。這些問題都是傳統(tǒng)觀念向現(xiàn)代觀念過度造成的,包括:傳統(tǒng)孝道觀與病人自主權(quán)的倫理問題,傳統(tǒng)死亡觀與病人知情權(quán)的倫理問題,傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)德觀與臨終關(guān)懷服務(wù)理念的問題等。當(dāng)今中國,人口老齡化顯著,疾病譜隨之變化,臨終關(guān)懷需求逐漸增加,但臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)卻困難重重。為了促進我國臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)的積極健康發(fā)展,我們可以尋求國家政策支持、廣泛籌集資金、擴建臨終關(guān)懷機構(gòu)、壯大臨終關(guān)懷隊伍、規(guī)范專業(yè)培訓(xùn)等方面的改進,建立起符合我國國情的本土化臨終關(guān)懷模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard, the average life span of residents is gradually prolonged, the aging of population in our country is becoming more and more serious, and the disease spectrum of residents has also changed obviously. How to improve the quality of life of the elderly, how to make the elderly see death correctly, how to make the elderly have dignity and spend the rest of their lives without regret, has also become the focus of social attention. By alleviating the pain of the dying, hospice care provides psychological comfort and spiritual support to patients who have no hope of healing. At the same time, they enable their families to get rid of the grief of their deceased relatives and return to normal life as soon as possible. In order to ensure the quality of life of the dying and their families to achieve the best. Compared with western countries, China's hospice care is still in its infancy, and there are still many problems. These problems are caused by the transition from traditional concepts to modern ones, including the ethical issues of traditional filial piety and patient autonomy, traditional death and patient's right to know, traditional medical ethics and hospice care service. In China, the aging population is obvious, the disease spectrum changes with it, the demand for hospice care increases gradually, but the hospice cause is difficult. In order to promote the positive and healthy development of hospice care in China, we can seek national policy support, raise funds extensively, expand hospice care institutions, expand hospice care teams, standardize professional training, and so on. To establish a local hospice care model in line with the national conditions of our country.
