【摘要】：目的了解胃腸道疾病老年住院患者衰弱的發(fā)生狀況,分析其影響因素。方法采用方便抽樣的方法選取普通外科收治的134例胃腸道疾病老年住院患者,使用自行設(shè)計調(diào)查表收集患者的一般資料及疾病相關(guān)信息,使用Fried衰弱表型評估方法對患者進(jìn)行衰弱評估,并采用基于最大似然法的logistic回歸分析其影響因素。結(jié)果在胃腸道疾病老年住院患者中,衰弱患者占29.1%;Logistic回歸結(jié)果顯示年齡、日常生活活動能力得分、血紅蛋白濃度是衰弱的主要影響因素(P0.05),衰弱與年齡呈正相關(guān),與日常生活活動能力和血紅蛋白濃度呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論胃腸道疾病老年住院患者衰弱的患病率較高,年齡、日常生活活動能力得分、血紅蛋白濃度是其衰弱的主要影響因素。因此對胃腸道疾病老年住院患者尤其年長、日常生活活動能力較低、血紅蛋白濃度較低者應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)措施,以減少其衰弱的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of senile inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 134 elderly patients with gastrointestinal diseases in general surgery were selected by convenient sampling method. The general data and disease related information were collected by self-designed questionnaire. Fried phenotypic evaluation method was used to evaluate the patients' weakness, and logistic regression analysis based on maximum likelihood method was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results among the elderly inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases, 29.1% of the inpatients were weak. The results of Logistic regression showed that age, activity of daily living, hemoglobin concentration were the main influencing factors of the disease, and there was a positive correlation between the age and the weakness. There was a negative correlation between ADL and hemoglobin concentration. Conclusion the prevalence rate of senile inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases is higher, age, ADL score and hemoglobin concentration are the main influencing factors. Therefore, the elderly inpatients with gastrointestinal diseases especially older, lower activities of daily life, lower hemoglobin concentration should take appropriate measures to reduce the occurrence of their debilitating.
