優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務(wù)背景下低年資護士核心能力培訓(xùn)大綱的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:研究目的 初步構(gòu)建出低年資護士核心能力培訓(xùn)大綱,為臨床低年資護士核心能力培訓(xùn)提供參考性依據(jù)。 研究方法 兩次問卷調(diào)查分別采用了便利抽樣和隨機抽樣方法,選取鄭州市某三級綜合性醫(yī)院的低年資護士和住院患者進行問卷調(diào)查,并對收集的資料進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談采用目的性抽樣方法,選取鄭州市某三級綜合性醫(yī)院的7名護理管理者作為研究對象進行深度訪談,隨后對訪談資料進行整理分析。根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查、半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談的結(jié)果,形成專家咨詢問卷,對全國5個省市護理管理、臨床護理、護理教育3個領(lǐng)域的17名資深專家進行兩輪專家咨詢,最終確定了低年資護士核心能力培訓(xùn)大綱包括7個培訓(xùn)項目和35項培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容。 結(jié)果 1.低年資護士核心能力得分為113.05±26.04,其中批判性思維、科研能力和專業(yè)發(fā)展能力得分較低。 2.住院患者對護士優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務(wù)能力需求的總分為134.07±36.25,其中健康指導(dǎo)能力、臨床護理能力得分較高,自主學(xué)習(xí)能力得分較低。不同特征的患者對優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務(wù)的需求各不相同(P<0.05)。 3.訪談對象認為低年資護士應(yīng)具備的核心能力包括護理知識能力、臨床技能能力、人際溝通能力、法律與倫理能力、態(tài)度與價值觀、健康教育能力,且護理知識能力和臨床技能能力被認為是低年資護士核心能力中最重要的能力。 4.兩輪專家咨詢中專家積極系數(shù)分別為94.44%、100%;專家權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.85±0.14,認為專家的積極性和權(quán)威性較好;專家協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.362,0.394,統(tǒng)計檢驗P值均小于0.05,,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 5.通過兩輪專家咨詢構(gòu)建出低年資護士核心能力培訓(xùn)大綱包括6個培訓(xùn)項目和33項培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容。 結(jié)論 低年資護士核心能力培訓(xùn)大綱包括7個培訓(xùn)項目和35項培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,7個培訓(xùn)項目分別為護理知識、臨床技能、人際溝通能力、法律倫理、態(tài)度及價值觀、健康教育能力和科研設(shè)計培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Research purpose The training outline of core competence of junior nurses was constructed preliminarily to provide reference basis for the training of core competence of junior nurses. Research method Two questionnaires were conducted by convenience sampling and random sampling respectively. Junior nurses and inpatients in a tertiary general hospital in Zhengzhou were selected to conduct questionnaires and the collected data were statistically analyzed. Seven nursing managers from a tertiary general hospital in Zhengzhou were selected to conduct in-depth interviews, and then the interview data were analyzed. According to the results of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, an expert consultation questionnaire was formed, and 17 senior experts in three fields of nursing management, clinical nursing and nursing education in 5 provinces and cities of China were consulted twice. The core competency training outline for junior nurses was finalized, including 7 training programs and 35 training items. Result 1. The score of core competence of junior nurses was 113.05 鹵26.04. The scores of critical thinking, scientific research ability and professional development ability were lower. 2. The total score of the inpatients' demand for the quality nursing service ability of nurses was 134.07 鹵36.25. The scores of health guidance ability, clinical nursing ability and autonomous learning ability were higher. Patients with different characteristics had different demands for quality nursing service (P < 0.05). 3. Interviewees considered that the core competencies of junior nurses included nursing knowledge, clinical skills, interpersonal communication, law and ethics, attitude and values, and health education. Nursing knowledge and clinical skills are considered to be the most important core competencies of junior nurses. 4. In the two rounds of expert consultation, the expert positive coefficient is 94.44100, the expert authority coefficient is 0.85 鹵0.14, the expert coordination coefficient is 0.3620.394, the statistical test P value is less than 0.05, which has statistical significance. 5. The core competence training outline of junior nurses was constructed by two rounds of expert consultation, including 6 training items and 33 training items. Conclusion The core competency training program for junior nurses includes 7 training programs and 35 training items, including nursing knowledge, clinical skills, interpersonal communication skills, legal ethics, attitudes and values.
