【摘要】：目的探討吞咽功能訓(xùn)練對頭頸部腫瘤放射治療患者吞咽困難的干預(yù)效果。方法 2014年3月~2015年8月60例頭頸部腫瘤患者隨機分為干預(yù)組和對照組,每組各30例。對照組接受常規(guī)護(hù)理及相關(guān)健康教育,干預(yù)組在此基礎(chǔ)上于放射治療前2周至放射治療結(jié)束后3個月進(jìn)行吞咽功能訓(xùn)練。放射治療結(jié)束后1周、3個月采用功能性經(jīng)口攝食量表、安德森吞咽困難量表進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果放射治療結(jié)束后1周,干預(yù)組患者功能性經(jīng)口攝食量表得分(Z=-3.195,P0.01)、安德森吞咽困難量表總分及各維度評分(t4.385,P0.001)明顯優(yōu)于對照組。放射治療結(jié)束后3個月,干預(yù)組患者功能性經(jīng)口攝食量表得分(Z=-4.436,P0.01)、安德森吞咽困難量表總分及各維度評分(t5.361,P0.001)明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論吞咽功能訓(xùn)練可改善頭頸部腫瘤患者放射治療引起的吞咽困難。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of swallowing function training on dysphagia in patients with head and neck tumor radiotherapy. Methods 60 cases of head and neck tumors in August ~2015 March 2014 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and related health education, and dry pre group was on the basis of 2 weeks before radiotherapy. 3 months after the end of radiotherapy, the swallowing function was trained. 1 weeks after the end of the radiotherapy, the functional transoral intake scale was used for 3 months, and the Anderson dysphagia scale was evaluated. Results the functional transoral intake scale (Z= -3.195, P0.01), the total score of the Anderson dysphagia scale and the dimensions of the dysphagia scale were observed in the intervention group after the end of radiotherapy. The degree score (t4.385, P0.001) was obviously better than that of the control group. 3 months after the end of radiotherapy, the functional transoral Feeding Scale (Z=-4.436, P0.01) in the intervention group, the total score of Anderson's dysphagia scale and the scores of each dimension (t5.361, P0.001) were obviously superior to the control group. The swallowing function training could improve the radiation therapy of head and neck cancer patients. Dysphagia is difficult.
