【摘要】：[目的]探討PDCA循環(huán)管理法在提高ICU護(hù)士手衛(wèi)生依從性中的應(yīng)用效果。[方法]選取廣州市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院ICU護(hù)士44名,應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)管理法對(duì)護(hù)士手衛(wèi)生依從性進(jìn)行干預(yù),自行設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查表,調(diào)查干預(yù)前后ICU護(hù)士手衛(wèi)生依從性。[結(jié)果]采用PDCA循環(huán)管理法干預(yù)前、干預(yù)后3個(gè)月、干預(yù)后6個(gè)月ICU護(hù)士洗手依從性及正確性比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)管理法能有效提高ICU護(hù)士手衛(wèi)生依從性。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the effect of PDCA circulation management in improving hand hygiene compliance of ICU nurses. [methods] 44 ICU nurses in a Grade 3A hospital in Guangzhou were selected and the hand hygiene compliance of ICU nurses was investigated by means of PDCA circulatory management. The questionnaire was designed by ourselves to investigate the hand hygiene compliance of ICU nurses before and after the intervention. [results] there were significant differences in the compliance and correctness of ICU nurses' hand washing before, 3 months after intervention and 6 months after the intervention with PDCA circulatory management. The differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). [conclusion] the application of PDCA circulation management method can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of ICU nurses.
