【摘要】：目的降低脊柱骨科手術(shù)患者手術(shù)壓瘡發(fā)生率。方法將2014年1~12月脊柱骨科術(shù)后返回病房時皮膚仍存在壓之褪色的局限性紅斑的40例患者分為常規(guī)組,2015年1~12月的患者46例為干預(yù)組。常規(guī)組按常規(guī)實施皮膚護(hù)理,手術(shù)結(jié)束患者離開手術(shù)室前,手術(shù)室護(hù)士與手術(shù)醫(yī)生查看和記錄患者皮膚完整情況,并與病房護(hù)士進(jìn)行交接。干預(yù)組在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上使用手術(shù)患者皮膚管理記錄單記錄患者術(shù)中及術(shù)后皮膚情況,與病房護(hù)士共同對手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行皮膚管理。結(jié)果常規(guī)組術(shù)后6d內(nèi)發(fā)生壓瘡6例,干預(yù)組未發(fā)生壓瘡,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論手術(shù)室與病房護(hù)士共同管理患者皮膚,有效防止交接遺漏,使手術(shù)室護(hù)理延伸至病房,可有效降低手術(shù)壓瘡的發(fā)生,提升手術(shù)室護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in patients undergoing spinal orthopedic surgery. Methods from January to December 2014, 40 patients with localized erythema with skin pressure fading were divided into routine group and intervention group from January to December 2015. Before the patients left the operating room, the nurses in the operating room and the surgeon checked and recorded the complete skin condition of the patients, and transferred them to the nurses in the ward. On the basis of routine nursing, the intervention group used the skin management record of operation patients to record the skin condition during and after operation, and carried out the skin management together with the nurses in the ward. Results there were 6 cases of pressure sore in the routine group and no pressure sore in the intervention group within 6 days after operation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the operation room and the ward nurse jointly manage the patient's skin, effectively prevent the omission of the transfer, make the operating room nursing extend to the ward, can effectively reduce the occurrence of the operation pressure sore and improve the nursing quality of the operating room.
