【摘要】：目的研究住院危重患者泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌的定植和感染,加強(qiáng)預(yù)防控制,降低其定植率與感染率。方法選擇2013年1月-2015年3月泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌定植與感染的住院危重患者150例為感染組,選擇同期未感染泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌的住院危重患者150例為對(duì)照組,比較兩組患者的臨床資料,分析泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌的分布及科室來(lái)源;采用SPSS20.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果感染組患者的ICU住院時(shí)間(33.82±13.74)d,APACEⅡ評(píng)分為(20.13±6.58)分,其中有98例行機(jī)械通氣占65.33%,死亡51例病死率34.00%,其各方面均明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);感染患者共分離出162株泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌,主要分布于痰液中;150例泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌感染患者中有44例為院外帶入,其余以急診科為主。結(jié)論住院危重患者泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌的定植和感染與患者的ICU住院時(shí)間、APACEⅡ評(píng)分、機(jī)械通氣等有關(guān),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)管理,降低其定植率和感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the colonization and infection of Acinetobacter baumannii in critically ill inpatients, strengthen prevention and control, and reduce the colonization rate and infection rate. Methods from January 2013 to March 2015, 150 critically ill patients with pan-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii colonization and infection were selected as infection group and 150 patients without pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii as control group.
