【摘要】：目的:探討并分析低離子聚凝胺在輸血檢驗中的應(yīng)用價值。方法:回顧性分析2014-01-2014-06期間130例受血者的臨床資料,對受血者和供血者采用鹽水法、低離子聚凝胺技術(shù)2種不同方法進行交叉配血。采用低離子聚凝胺技術(shù)的作為觀察組,采用鹽水法進行交叉配血的為對照組,比較2組的陽性率、靈敏度以及平均耗時時間,觀察紅細胞凝集情況。結(jié)果:采用低離子聚凝胺的130例受血者,有13例顯示陽性,陽性檢出率為10%,在顯微鏡可觀察到7個特異性細胞凝集,且整個過程平均耗時為4.5min;采用鹽水法交叉配血的130例受血者,有6例顯示陽性,陽性檢出率為4.6%,而在顯微鏡下觀察只能觀察到3個細胞凝集,且整個操作過程平均耗時為15 min。結(jié)論:低離子聚凝胺技術(shù)在臨床輸血中陽性率高,靈敏度高,耗時短,能夠保證輸血安全,在臨床上應(yīng)用價值較高,應(yīng)該給予普及以及推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the application value of low-ion polyglutamine in blood transfusion test. Methods: the clinical data of 130 recipients from 2014-01-2014-06 were analyzed retrospectively. The blood donors and recipients were cross-matched by two different methods: saline method and low ion polyglutamine technique. The low ion polyglutamine technique was used as the observation group and the saline method was used as the control group. The positive rate, sensitivity and average time consuming of the two groups were compared, and the erythrocyte agglutination was observed. Results: among 130 recipients, 13 were positive, and the positive rate was 10. 7 specific cell agglutination was observed under microscope. The average time of the whole process was 4.5 mins, and the positive rate was 4.6 in 6 out of 130 recipients who were cross-matched by brine method, but only 3 cell agglutination was observed under microscope, and the average time of the whole operation was 15 mins. Conclusion: the low ion polyagglutination technique has high positive rate, high sensitivity, short time consuming, can guarantee the safety of blood transfusion, and should be popularized and popularized.
