【摘要】：正為了緊急應(yīng)對(duì)寨卡病毒(Zika virus,ZKV)經(jīng)輸血傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn),日前美國(guó)FDA根據(jù)聯(lián)邦法規(guī)相關(guān)規(guī)定的授權(quán),緊急發(fā)布并立即實(shí)施了《血液行業(yè)指引——降低ZKV輸血傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的推薦意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《指引》[1]。現(xiàn)將其主要內(nèi)容介紹如下。1背景1.1概述ZKV屬于黃病毒科的黃病毒屬,主要通過(guò)埃及伊蚊,也可通過(guò)白紋伊蚊傳播到人群[2-3]。此外,已有宮內(nèi)、圍產(chǎn)期和性傳播的報(bào)告[4-6]。1947年從在烏干達(dá)寨卡原始
[Abstract]:An emergency response to the risk of blood transfusion-transmitted Zika virus Zika virus (Zika virus) came a day after the United States FDA was authorized under federal regulations. Emergency release and immediate implementation of the Blood Industry guidelines-recommendations to reduce the risk of ZKV transfusion transmission (hereinafter referred to as "guidelines" [1]). The main contents of this paper are as follows 1. 1 background 1.1: an overview of ZKV belonging to the yellow virus family, mainly through Aedes aegypti, but also through Aedes albopictus to the population [2-3]. In addition, there have been reports of intrauterine, perinatal and sexually transmitted infections [4-6].
