【摘要】：目的通過介入護(hù)理交接單的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用,優(yōu)化介入護(hù)理流程,減少護(hù)理不良事件,提高介入患者的安全。方法針對醫(yī)院回訪中心在2011年進(jìn)行介入治療的929例住院患者滿意度的調(diào)查結(jié)果,分析由于介入流程與交接環(huán)節(jié)引起的影響患者滿意度的因素,對其進(jìn)行匯總研究。遵循實(shí)用、有序、規(guī)范、簡捷、方便記錄的原則,將交接相關(guān)項(xiàng)目及順序優(yōu)化排列,制定介入護(hù)理交接單。結(jié)果使用"介入護(hù)理交接單"后,有助于護(hù)士養(yǎng)成按固定的合理順序行事習(xí)慣,縮短了手術(shù)準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間;對2013年交接單使用后進(jìn)行介入治療的950例介入患者的滿意度回訪結(jié)果及與介入有關(guān)的影響因素,與使用前2011年的929例住院患者滿意度的調(diào)查結(jié)果,進(jìn)行分析比較。術(shù)中資料完整性、管路安全性、患者的滿意度等均明顯提高。結(jié)論介入護(hù)理交接單的設(shè)計(jì)合理,實(shí)用性較強(qiáng),使用后,提升了介入患者交接及轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的安全性,有利于介入手術(shù)護(hù)士與病房臨床護(hù)士一體化培訓(xùn),提高了介入手術(shù)室的效率和效益,增加了家屬對醫(yī)院的安全感、信任感,提高了患者的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the procedure of interventional nursing through the design and application of interventional nursing handover sheet, to reduce the adverse events of nursing and to improve the safety of interventional patients. Methods according to the survey results of 929 inpatients' satisfaction with interventional therapy in the hospital return visit center in 2011, the factors influencing the patients' satisfaction caused by the interventional procedure and the transition link were analyzed, and the results were summarized and studied. Follow the principles of practical, orderly, standardized, simple and convenient to record, optimize the arrangement of handover items and order, and make the transfer list of interventional nursing. Results after the use of "interventional nursing transfer order", it was helpful for nurses to form the habit of acting in a fixed and reasonable order and to shorten the preparation time for operation. The satisfaction degree of 950 interventional patients who received interventional therapy in 2013 was compared with 929 inpatients in 2011. Data integrity, pipeline safety and patient satisfaction were significantly improved. Conclusion the design of interventional nursing handover list is reasonable and practical. After application, the safety of interventional patient handover and transportation is improved, which is beneficial to the integration training of interventional operation nurses and clinical nurses in wards. It improved the efficiency and benefit of the operation room, increased the sense of safety and trust of the family to the hospital, and improved the satisfaction of the patients.
