【摘要】：目的 :調(diào)查哮喘患兒家長養(yǎng)育壓力的現(xiàn)狀并分析其影響因素。方法 :采用便利抽樣法抽取溫州市3所三級甲等醫(yī)院的274組住院哮喘患兒及其家長為研究對象,采用一般情況調(diào)查表、簡縮版養(yǎng)育壓力量表(PSI-SF)和兒童哮喘控制測試問卷(C-ACT)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,使用多元回歸分析對哮喘患兒家長養(yǎng)育壓力的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 :哮喘患兒家長養(yǎng)育壓力總分為(143.39±19.48)分,多元回歸分析顯示患兒年齡、家長的學(xué)歷和患兒哮喘控制情況是哮喘患兒家長養(yǎng)育壓力的影響因素,共解釋48.6%的變異量。結(jié)論 :臨床工作者應(yīng)更加關(guān)注哮喘患兒家長養(yǎng)育壓力的現(xiàn)狀,提升患兒哮喘的控制程度以降低患兒家長的養(yǎng)育壓力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of parental rearing stress in children with asthma and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 274 groups of hospitalized asthmatic children and their parents in 3 Grade 3A hospitals in Wenzhou were selected by convenience sampling method, and general information questionnaire was used. A simplified version of the Parental stress scale (PSI-SF) and the Children Asthma Control questionnaire (C-ACT) were used to analyze the influencing factors of parental rearing stress in children with asthma by multiple regression analysis. Results: the total score of parental rearing stress in children with asthma was 143.39 鹵19.48. Multiple regression analysis showed that age, parents' education and asthma control were the influencing factors of parental rearing stress of asthmatic children, and 48.6% of the variation was explained. Conclusion: the clinical workers should pay more attention to the current situation of parental rearing stress in children with asthma, and improve the degree of control of asthma in order to reduce the parental rearing pressure of children with asthma.
