【摘要】：目的探討品管圈活動(dòng)在提高骨科外來(lái)器械清洗合格率方面的成效。方法開(kāi)展以"提高骨科外來(lái)器械清洗合格率"為主題的品管圈活動(dòng);通過(guò)主題選定、計(jì)劃擬定、現(xiàn)狀把握、目標(biāo)設(shè)定、要因分析、對(duì)策擬定、對(duì)策實(shí)施與檢討,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等品管10大步驟進(jìn)行活動(dòng)。結(jié)果實(shí)施品管圈活動(dòng)后骨科外來(lái)器械清洗合格率從87.8%提高至97.6%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論品管圈活動(dòng)能有效提高骨科外來(lái)器械清洗合格率,科室成員個(gè)人解決問(wèn)題能力、自信心、腦力開(kāi)發(fā)、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及QCC手法運(yùn)用等能力得到大幅提升。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of quality control circle in improving the qualified rate of foreign orthopedic instruments cleaning. Methods the activities of quality control circle with the theme of "improving the qualified rate of cleaning foreign orthopedic instruments" were carried out, through the selection of themes, plan formulation, current situation control, goal setting, analysis, countermeasures formulation, countermeasures implementation and review. Standardization and other 10 major steps of quality control activities. Results the qualified rate of foreign orthopedic instruments was increased from 87.8% to 97.6 after the implementation of quality control ring activities. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the quality control circle activity can effectively improve the qualified rate of external equipment cleaning in orthopedic department. The ability of individual problem-solving, self-confidence, mental development, team spirit and the use of QCC techniques are greatly improved.
