洼田飲水試驗在甲狀腺癌術(shù)后早期吞咽功能評估中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:探討洼田飲水試驗在甲狀腺癌術(shù)后早期吞咽功能評估中的作用。方法:選取85例擬行甲狀腺癌切除術(shù)的患者,隨機分為試驗組與對照組。對照組給予常規(guī)護理,試驗組在常規(guī)護理的基礎(chǔ)上于術(shù)后3 h進行洼田飲水試驗,進而制定更加合理的護理干預(yù)對策。比較兩組患者嗆咳發(fā)生情況、進食時間及患者滿意度情況。結(jié)果:兩組患者術(shù)后發(fā)生嗆咳情況比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組患者術(shù)后進食時間恢復(fù)較快,且對依據(jù)洼田飲水試驗結(jié)果制定的飲食指導(dǎo)的護理方式總滿意度明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :洼田飲水試驗在不增加患者術(shù)后嗆咳風險的情況下,能早期測試患者是否存在吞咽障礙,有助于患者早期進食的恢復(fù)和提高飲食指導(dǎo)的合理性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of depressions test in the evaluation of early swallowing function after thyroid cancer surgery. Methods: 85 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given water test of depressions 3 hours after operation on the basis of routine nursing, and more reasonable nursing intervention measures were formulated. The incidence of cough, feeding time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in the incidence of cough after operation between the two groups (P 0.05). And the total satisfaction of diet guidance based on the results of Wadi drinking water test was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Wata drinking water test can not increase the risk of postoperative cough, can early test whether patients have dysphagia, which is helpful to early recovery of food intake and improve the rationality of diet guidance.
