【摘要】：目的探討并評價心理干預(yù)對泌尿外科后腹腔鏡手術(shù)患者焦慮和抑郁情緒的影響。方法收集行后腹腔鏡手術(shù)患者60例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和干預(yù)組。對照組采用泌尿外科后腹腔鏡圍術(shù)期常規(guī)專業(yè)護(hù)理措施,干預(yù)組在常規(guī)專業(yè)護(hù)理措施的基礎(chǔ)上,采用心理干預(yù),分別記錄兩組患者手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量和手術(shù)成功情況,采用焦慮自評量表(SAS)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)對兩組護(hù)理干預(yù)前后進(jìn)行評分,并行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果兩組患者在手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)成功率方面比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)組SAS和SDS評分改善情況優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論心理干預(yù)能有效改善患者的焦慮抑郁情緒,護(hù)理效果顯著,值得臨床關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Methods 60 patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine professional nursing measures during the perioperative period of retroperitoneal laparoscopy. The intervention group adopted psychological intervention on the basis of routine professional nursing measures and recorded the operation time intraoperative blood loss and success of the two groups respectively. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating Depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the nursing before and after nursing intervention. Results there was no significant difference in operation time, blood loss and success rate between the two groups, but the improvement of SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, nursing effect is remarkable, it deserves clinical attention.
