【摘要】：目的分析慢性宮頸炎患者的臨床護(hù)理方法,以及對(duì)其最有效的護(hù)理效果。方法2015年01月01日~12月31日,本院收治了慢性宮頸炎患者30例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析研究,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各15例。通過(guò)對(duì)比患者臨床護(hù)理效果及對(duì)護(hù)理滿意度的來(lái)得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果觀察組治愈12例,治療總有效率為93.33%;對(duì)照組治愈8例,治療總有效率為79.97%�？梢悦黠@發(fā)現(xiàn)觀察組治療護(hù)理明顯比對(duì)照組更有效,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。其次,就患者護(hù)理滿意度而言,觀察組為93.34%,對(duì)照組為86.67%,觀察組較對(duì)照組明顯提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論全面的護(hù)理方式有效的提高療效,讓患者身心痛苦得以減輕,在臨床上,對(duì)慢性宮頸炎患者采用全面護(hù)理方式是非常有必要的,應(yīng)加以推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical nursing methods of patients with chronic cervicitis and the most effective nursing effect. Methods from January 01 to December 31, 2015, 30 patients with chronic cervicitis were treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 15 cases each. The conclusion is drawn by comparing the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction. Results in the observation group, 12 cases were cured and the total effective rate was 93.33, while in the control group, 8 cases were cured and the total effective rate was 79.97%. It was found that the treatment and nursing of the observation group was more effective than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Secondly, in terms of patients' nursing satisfaction, the observation group was 93.34 and the control group was 86.67. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive nursing method can effectively improve the curative effect and relieve the mental and physical pain of the patients. It is very necessary to adopt the comprehensive nursing method for the patients with chronic cervicitis in clinical practice, which should be popularized.
