【摘要】：[目的]探討腦卒中病人自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)與社會(huì)支持和應(yīng)對(duì)方式的相關(guān)性。[方法]采用自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)量表、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表和醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷對(duì)161例腦卒中病人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]94.41%的腦卒中病人存在不同程度的自我感受負(fù)擔(dān),自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)總分(32.39±6.64)分,處于中度負(fù)擔(dān)水平。自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)總分與社會(huì)支持總分及社會(huì)支持中的客觀支持、主觀支持、對(duì)支持的利用度均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r為-0.337,-0.377,-0.212,-0.219,均P0.05);與應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的面對(duì)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.249,P0.05),與屈服呈正相關(guān)(r=0.349,P0.05),與回避無(wú)相關(guān)性(r=0.099,P0.05)。[結(jié)論]腦卒中病人普遍存在不同程度的自我感受負(fù)擔(dān),醫(yī)護(hù)人員應(yīng)指導(dǎo)病人采取積極的應(yīng)對(duì)方式,重視其社會(huì)支持水平的評(píng)價(jià)及干預(yù),減輕病人自我負(fù)擔(dān)感受,從而提高病人的身心健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between self-perceived burden and social support and coping style in stroke patients. [methods] 161 stroke patients were investigated with self-perceived burden scale, Social support scale and Medical coping style questionnaire. [results] 94.41% of the stroke patients had different degree of self-feeling burden, the total score of self-feeling burden was 32.39 鹵6.64, which was at the level of moderate burden. The total score of self-perceived burden, the total score of social support and objective support in social support, subjective support, There was a negative correlation between r and the face of coping style (P 0.05), a positive correlation with yield, a positive correlation with yield, and no correlation with avoidance (r = 0.099N, P 0.05N, P = 0.05, P = 0.337N -0.377U -0.212N -0.219g, P 0.05), and a negative correlation with the face of coping style (n = 0.249), a positive correlation with yield, a positive correlation with yield, and no correlation with avoidance (r = 0.099N, P 0.05N). [conclusion] patients with stroke generally have different levels of self-perceived burden. Medical staff should guide patients to adopt positive coping style, attach importance to the evaluation and intervention of their social support level, and reduce the self-burden feeling of patients. So as to improve the physical and mental health of patients.
