【摘要】：目的:探討開展品管圈活動對降低靜脈留置針回血發(fā)生率的影響。方法:成立品管圈活動小組,以降低靜脈留置針回血發(fā)生率為活動主題,對活動前導(dǎo)致靜脈留置針回血的原因進(jìn)行分析,制定相應(yīng)的整改措施并組織實(shí)施,比較品管圈活動前后的效果。結(jié)果:開展品管圈活動后,留置靜脈針回血率由活動前的48.0%降至13.0%,達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。結(jié)論:開展品管圈活動降低了留置針的回血發(fā)生率,為患者提供了安全、高效的靜脈治療服務(wù),提升滿意度,杜絕不良事件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of quality control circle on reducing the incidence of venous indwelling needle. Methods: the activity group of quality control circle was set up with the aim of reducing the incidence of venous indwelling needle returning blood. The causes of venous indwelling needle returning blood before the activity were analyzed, and the corresponding corrective measures were worked out and implemented. Compare the effect before and after the quality control circle activity. Results: the blood return rate of the indwelling vein needle decreased from 48.0% to 13.0%, and the expected effect was achieved. Conclusion: the activity of quality control circle can reduce the incidence of blood return of indwelling needle, provide safe and efficient intravenous treatment service, improve satisfaction and prevent adverse events.
