【摘要】：目的分析醫(yī)用射線防護噴劑(伯格曼)應用在乳腺癌患者急性放射性皮膚損傷中的效果。方法選取2015年1月~2016年6月我科收治的乳腺癌放療患者62例為研究對象,分為試驗組和對照組。在患者進行放射治療期間,試驗組使用伯格曼外噴預防,對照組使用康復新液外噴預防。觀察兩組預防皮膚損傷的效果。結果試驗組患者0級放射性皮膚損傷發(fā)生率比對照組高,Ⅱ級皮膚損傷發(fā)生率比對照組低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(32.2%比9.7%,6.5%比25.8%,P0.05)。放療結束后,試驗組患者的生存質量評分比對照組高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論乳腺癌患者放療過程中,使用醫(yī)用射線防護噴劑伯格曼進行防護效果確切,可以明顯減輕放射性皮膚損傷程度。
