【摘要】：目的探討對(duì)缺血性腦血管疾病患者在實(shí)施中西藥物結(jié)合治療過(guò)程中,觀察配合給予護(hù)理干預(yù)發(fā)揮的臨床價(jià)值。方法選取我院2014年3月~2016年6月收治的缺血性腦血管疾病患者130例作為研究對(duì)象選擇抽簽分組的方法分為對(duì)照組與觀察組;對(duì)照組中西藥物結(jié)合治療過(guò)程中開(kāi)展常規(guī)護(hù)理;觀察組中西藥物治療過(guò)程中開(kāi)展針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù);對(duì)比臨床護(hù)理評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。結(jié)果在臨床護(hù)理評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果方面,觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者非常明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于缺血性腦血管疾病患者的基本癥狀表現(xiàn)加以了解后,臨床在選擇中西藥物結(jié)合治療過(guò)程中配合開(kāi)展針對(duì)性護(hù)理干預(yù),最終可以為缺血性腦血管病臨床成功治療奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),起到顯著的輔助干預(yù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 130 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups: control group and observation group.The observation group carried out targeted nursing intervention in the course of Chinese and western medicine treatment, and compared the results of clinical nursing evaluation.Results in the aspect of clinical nursing evaluation, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion after understanding the basic symptoms of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the clinical nursing intervention should be carried out in combination with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Finally, it can lay a solid foundation for successful clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and play a significant role in assisting intervention.
