【摘要】：目的通過對惠州地區(qū)無償獻血者抗-Mur及Mur抗原進行檢測,了解其在人群中的分布,建立本地區(qū)的Mur血型檢索庫。方法分別采用高通量微板法和微柱凝膠法對獻血者進行抗-Mur篩查和確認,并對其Mur抗原進行血清型檢測。根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果及獻血者相關(guān)資料,建立Mur血型檢索庫,指導臨床用血及獻血者招募。結(jié)果總篩查人數(shù)32 305人,抗體陽性104人,陽性率0.32%,其中41例具有臨床意義,男女間的差異具有統(tǒng)計意義(P0.05),女性高于男性;抗原陽性1 862人,陽性率為5.76%。在近1年的臨床輸血應用中,共避免41袋含有抗-Mur血液流入臨床,并為5例抗-Mur陽性患者找到相合血液。結(jié)論 Mur血型檢索庫的建立,能有效避免含有Mur抗體的血液制品流入臨床,減少因此引起的疑難配血及輸血不良反應,并快速找到相合血源,同時有利于稀有血型獻血者的保留和電子配血的開展及推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of anti -Mur and Mur antigens in free blood donors in Huizhou area and to establish the Mur blood group retrieval library in Huizhou area.Methods High throughput microplate method and microcolumn gel method were used to screen and identify blood donors against Mur and their Mur antigens were detected.Results the total screening population was 32 305 and the antibody positive rate was 0. 32%. Among them, 41 cases had clinical significance. The difference between male and female was statistically significant (P 0. 05%), and the positive rate of antigen was 5. 76% in 1 862 cases (P 0. 05%) and in 1 862 cases (P 0. 05%).A total of 41 bags containing anti--Mur blood were avoided in clinical blood transfusion for nearly one year and matched blood was found in 5 patients with anti-Mur positive.Conclusion the establishment of Mur blood group retrieval bank can effectively avoid the flow of blood products containing Mur antibody into clinical practice, reduce the adverse reactions caused by difficult matching and transfusion, and quickly find the compatible blood source.At the same time, it is beneficial to the preservation of rare blood group donors and the development and promotion of electronic blood matching.
