【摘要】：目的探究產(chǎn)房護(hù)理實(shí)踐中無(wú)保護(hù)會(huì)陰接生的效果。方法選取2015年12月~2016年10月期間本院收治的正常分娩的96例初產(chǎn)婦,通過(guò)數(shù)字隨機(jī)分組方式,將其平均分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,各48例。對(duì)照組,采用傳統(tǒng)接生方式,觀察組,采用無(wú)保護(hù)會(huì)陰接生方式,對(duì)比產(chǎn)婦分娩情況。結(jié)果觀察組會(huì)陰側(cè)切與產(chǎn)后出血發(fā)生率分別為10.4%、4.1%,對(duì)照組為27.1%、14.5%,觀察組明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)比產(chǎn)婦第二產(chǎn)程時(shí)間,無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論產(chǎn)房護(hù)理實(shí)踐中,應(yīng)用無(wú)保護(hù)會(huì)陰接生方式,效果顯著,值得廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of unprotected perineum delivery in maternity ward nursing practice.Methods 96 primipara who were admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48).In the control group, the traditional delivery mode was used, while in the observation group, the perineum delivery mode without protection was used to compare the delivery of parturient.Results the incidences of perineal excision and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were 10.4 and 4.1respectively, and in the control group were 27.1and 14.50.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of the second stage of labor between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion the application of unprotected perineum delivery in maternity ward nursing practice is effective and worth popularizing widely.
