【摘要】：目的研究和探討胃大部切除術(shù)患者中加速康復(fù)外科護(hù)理的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法抽取2011年1月—2012年1月來(lái)我院實(shí)施胃大部切除手術(shù)的患者180例,平均分為對(duì)照組和觀察組兩組,每組90例。給予對(duì)照組患者常規(guī)模式護(hù)理干預(yù);給予觀察組患者加速康復(fù)外科護(hù)理干預(yù)。對(duì)比兩組患者各項(xiàng)手術(shù)之后的相關(guān)指標(biāo)以及護(hù)理滿意度情況。結(jié)果對(duì)比兩組患者的首次排氣時(shí)間,腸鳴音恢復(fù)時(shí)間,靜脈滴注時(shí)間,術(shù)后住院時(shí)間各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),結(jié)果顯示觀察組明顯比對(duì)照組長(zhǎng),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組的護(hù)理滿意度明顯低于觀察組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)胃大部切除術(shù)患者實(shí)施加速康復(fù)外科護(hù)理干預(yù)可以有效的改善患者的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),提升患者的生活質(zhì)量,減少醫(yī)患之間的矛盾,提升患者對(duì)護(hù)理的滿意度,建議推廣于臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy.Methods 180 patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy from January 2011 to January 2012 were divided into control group and observation group with 90 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention and the patients in the observation group were given the nursing intervention of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The related indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results the first time of exhaust, the time of recovery of bowel sound, the time of intravenous drip and the time of hospitalization after operation were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the nursing intervention of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients, and enhance the satisfaction of patients with nursing.The suggestion is extended to clinical application.
