【摘要】：目的了解并分析河北醫(yī)科大學第二醫(yī)院2014年住院患者臨床分離菌對抗菌藥物的耐藥性,為進一步提高醫(yī)院抗感染診療水平提供參考。方法收集2014年1-12月共6 365株非重復細菌,采用法國生物梅里埃公司VITEK-2Compact全自動細菌鑒定藥敏儀進行細菌鑒定和藥敏試驗檢測,使用Whonet5.6軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果共分離病原菌6 365株,其中革蘭陰性菌4 775株占75.0%,以大腸埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鮑氏不動桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌為主,革蘭陽性菌1 590株占25.0%,以葡萄球菌屬和腸球菌屬為主,耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、耐甲氧西林人葡萄球菌(MRSHO)、耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)、耐甲氧西林溶血葡萄球菌(MRSHL)的檢出率分別為61.7%、83.5%、83.7%、95.8%;葡萄球菌屬未發(fā)現(xiàn)對萬古霉素、替考拉寧和利奈唑胺耐藥的菌株;大腸埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、陰溝腸桿菌對頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐藥率均20.0%,頭孢菌素中頭孢吡肟表現(xiàn)了較好的敏感性。結(jié)論細菌對抗菌藥物的耐藥性在不斷變化,需采取有效的醫(yī)院感染預防控制措施,進一步規(guī)范控制抗菌藥物使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the antimicrobial resistance of clinical isolated bacteria in the second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in 2014, and to provide a reference for further improving the level of hospital anti-infection diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 6 365 strains of non-repeat bacteria were collected from January to December 2014. The bacterial identification and susceptibility test were carried out by VITEK-2Compact automatic bacterial sensitivity instrument of French Bio-Meridier Company.
